
Przesieka is a picturesque village in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, located on the northern slope of Złoty Widok (480-650 m above sea level), in the valleys of Czerwień, Podgórna and Myja. Its history dates back to the 17th century, when it was a settlement of lumberjacks and charcoal burners.
Today, it attracts tourists with its silence, peace and extraordinary views, offering ideal conditions for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by forests and hills, it is an enclave of nature, from which there are panoramas of the Karkonosze and the Jelenia Góra Valley.
Przesieka is an excellent base for mountain hikes, including to Schronisko Odrodzenie, Szklarska Poręba or Karpacz. Its unique climate also attracts artists, and the proximity of historical monuments additionally increases the attractiveness of this place.
